如何在 Wixzel Voice 中建立 Mobily 中繼？

The public address of your own SBC or PBX, the box that sits on the Mobily link. Mobily delivers the trunk over a private link to your site, so there is no Mobily address to put here.

尚未驗證。 No Mobily trunk has been tested end to end with Wixzel Voice. These settings come from Cisco's 2020 interop note for Mobily SIP Trunk; ask Mobily to confirm them for your link.

在 Mobily 上會出什麼問題？

Mobily cuts calls, inbound and outbound, at one hour. A long call that drops at exactly 60 minutes is the carrier, not the agent.
Calls arriving from Mobily offer G.711 A-law and never G.729. An SBC that only allows G.729 toward Mobily fails every inbound call.
A re-INVITE that puts the call on hold (sendonly or inactive) can drop the call on Mobily. Have the SBC rewrite it to sendrecv.

為什麼透過 Mobily 的通話沒有接通？

Can I connect Mobily in one step from the console?

No. Mobily has no API for trunks or numbers, so there is nothing to connect with keys. Order SIP Trunk from Mobily Business, then add the trunk by hand with your SBC's public IP as the host.

Why do I need an SBC for Mobily?

Mobily delivers its SIP trunk over a private link to your site and trusts your side by IP, so the platform cannot reach Mobily directly. An SBC or PBX on that link, with a public IP, relays calls between Mobily and Wixzel Voice.
