Why does Wixzel Voice exist?
Wixzel Voice exists because a voice agent usually means separate contracts, keys and invoices for speech-to-text, the language model and speech synthesis, each with its own failure mode and its own bill to reconcile. IntelliCallAI, the founder’s earlier voice-agent app, works that way: each customer brings their own provider keys. Wixzel Voice takes the same voice-agent stack and sells it as an API.
- One API key instead of five provider accounts. On the hosted platform the Deepgram, ElevenLabs, OpenRouter, Sarvam and Google accounts belong to Wixzel Voice: one API key, one balance, every voice engine.
- Bring your own SIP trunk. Phone calls run over a trunk from the carrier you choose. Wixzel Voice does not sell numbers or minutes and does not mark up carrier rates; the carrier setup pages cover each one.
- Billed per second of actual usage. Credit is prepaid, with no subscription. The preset engines cost $0.0466 (Gemini Live) to $0.1851 (Deepgram Agent) per connected minute, including the $0.012 per minute orchestration fee. The pricing page has the rest.
Wixzel Voice sells the APIs, the SDKs and the MCP server. You build the agents; Wixzel Voice does not sell finished ones.
How is Wixzel Voice run?
Wixzel Voice is run by one person and is in alpha, and says so. These are the facts a buyer usually wants before depending on it.

Launched as Wixzel Voice
A REST API built on the voice-agent stack from IntelliCallAI, with platform-owned provider accounts, live per-second metering and prepaid credit through Dodo Payments.
Renamed Wixzel Phone, and the MCP server and SDKs ship
The product moved to phone.wixzel.com. The same day the MCP server shipped, with an OAuth connector flow for AI clients, alongside the official TypeScript and Dart SDKs.
Realtime API for web and mobile apps
Agents talk to people inside browsers and apps over a WebSocket, with no SIP trunk and no phone number, billed like a call on the same engine.
Self-host license
A one-time license to run the APIs, the MCP server and the console on your own server, with your own provider accounts.
Wixzel Voice again
Back to Wixzel Voice, at voice.wixzel.com, because “phone” read as a handset and half the product has no phone line at all. The September API and MCP hosts, api.phone.wixzel.com and mcp.phone.wixzel.com, keep serving, and phone.wixzel.com redirects here.
Is Wixzel Voice the same as IntelliCallAI or Wixzel One?
No. Two products, one operator. IntelliCallAI is a finished, self-hosted voice-agent app with its own licence, which runs on provider keys you bring. Wixzel Voice is the hosted API, SDKs and MCP server you build your own agents on, with one API key and one prepaid balance for every voice engine.
Wixzel One, an instant app maker on the phone, is a third Wixzel product and has nothing to do with calls. The facts page lists what Wixzel Voice is not.
